Background: Asmaria is a 12 years old portoguese girl who comes from Fatima and moved to the USA after losing her parents as a consequence of the 1st World War. She was adopted by a very wealthy man, Ricardo Hendrick because of her powers (since she's one of the apostoles) with the aim to revive his wife (in the anime he has the same objective but for himself O_o).
Anyway after her meeting with Chrno and Rosette (and above all after being rescued by them), she moves to the Magdalan Order to be protected by the church (mainly because of Aion's attempts to kidnapp her).
Asmaria is a very kind, shy and somehow frail girl, still she tries to grow up and to be a more energetic and outgoing person (like Rosette, well I can't deny she has a sort of adoration for her!), still keeping her natural naivety and her own vision of the world. She'd like to have a normal life, she'd like to be a normal girl with no divine powers since she has suffered to much, in her existence, because of her special abilities. She doesn't wish for power but only for happiness and for love.
